2 Weeks ago we went on a family vacation to New Mexico to visit Jarrad's family. We had an AMAZING trip! Emmalin got to meet her great grandpa for the first time, she got to see her first parade, and we got to spend a lot of quality time with Emmalin's granddad (Jarrad's dad). Part of the time we were in New Mexico we went to a place called Ruidoso. Ruidoso is this BEAUTIFUL town that is up in the mountains. We stayed in this HUGE house with a lot of Jarrad's family (courtesy of Granddad). While we were there we went to a really big car show, saw a parade, and all the guys went golfing while all of us girls did a little shopping at the neat shops. The highlight of the trip, by far, was getting we got to spend A TON of time with a bunch of family that we just don't get to see that often. This is the first vacation that we have had the opportunity to take in a LONG time and there isn't any other way would have wanted to spend it!! We love all of Jarrad's family in New Mexico and wish we could see them more often! Like I said earlier, we had an AMAZING time and we are SO grateful we had the opportunity to go!!
